The survey is based on total product category shipments, in dollars, classified by end use in various geographic sectors. The current data set covers January 2023 through December 2023.

This data is gathered by the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) organization and its member companies that elect to participate in the survey, plus an allocation for the amounts estimated for non-participants included in the WSTS “Blue Book” report for 2022.

This survey is available for immediate download with purchase, and is not available through a regular Statistics Subscription.
