The End-Use Survey provides information on the types of semiconductors that are used in various finished products and goods around the world.

The survey is based on total product category shipments, in dollars, classified by end use in various geographic sectors. The current data set covers January 2024 through December 2024.
This data is gathered by the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) organization and its member companies that elect to participate in the survey, plus an allocation for the amounts estimated for non-participants included in the WSTS “Blue Book” report for 2023.
The survey will be emailed to purchasers within one business day of purchase. The End-Use Survey is not available through a regular Statistics Subscription.
