Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack will be provided
RSVPs required no later than Monday March 7
Facility Security Protocols:
- Photo ID must be presented in order to receive a badge into the campus, ID must match registration
- Badges will be issued and returned each day
Facility COVID Protocols:
- All attendees MUST submit the COVID-19 self declaration form by March 11 to jjlee@semiconductors.org
- As of March 2, masks are optional indoors at the ASML facility
