Greg LaRocca serves as a director of market research and economic policy at the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA).

Prior to joining SIA, he served as the Head of Data and Analytics in the CHIPS Program Office. In this capacity, he supported the program by providing timely and accurate information on the semiconductor industry to support the program.

Before joining the CHIPS Program Office, he was an international trade analyst at the U.S. International Trade Commission. Where he provided expertise the semiconductor industry on fact-finding investigations.  Additionally, he contributed to over 50 trade remedy investigations covering a range of industries.

He holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a master of public policy in international security and economic policy from the University of Maryland.
